Loving: peanut butter shake

I’ve been having this for breakfast a lot lately. It’s 1 cup of milk, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Not a dessert shake, but creamy and frothy and delish.

It gives you a lot of energy in the morning, and even though it’s somewhat rich it’s only about 350 calories for a big, full glass, depending on what type of milk you use.
